WP-o-Matic Stable is coming!

Despite all this time of inactivity, the WP-o-Matic project is more alive than ever!

Here are some screenshots of what will be the next stable version of this useful plugin. As I promised, it comes packed with all the features of competitors’ similar products, and even more.

Please don’t hesitate to send in your comments, and don’t forget to…

The script is pulling feeds twice all of a sudden now, duplicating posts any ideas?

Yeah, an ETA would be great. If we can do anything, please let us know

Can we possibly get an ETA for the release? Also is there a bugfix list we could take a look at?

Is there a possibility to beta test your current Release Candidate?
Or can you say when the stable will come? Yes, I know, when it’s ready :-)

I currently use your plug-in in one of my “aggregation” blogs — it’s very useful for me (for research purposes).

Many thanks for making this awesome plug-in available!

    As for my suggestions:

    (1) Some way to make sure every post is unique and that it doesn’t duplicate a previously posted article.

    (2) An option to post a “header” and a “footer” to the a given pulled feed. For instance, I’d like to have “This feed comes from [this place]” (perhaps accompanied by a small logo) as a header and “Many thanks to [this provider] for this news article, be sure to visit them [here] for more interesting posts” as a footer — or something along that line.

    (3) An easy way to tell readers (a) where the article comes from and (b) where to go (the link) to read the original.

    (4) A toolset that makes it as easy to add feeds as it is to remove them (although I think you’ve already covered that).

Again, many thanks for your hard work ; )

When will this version be out, i don’t mind donating… but i am desperate as the feeds i am syndicating blocked my hot linked images and i know the new versions supposed to be able to transfer them to your own server…

Will there be an option for a feed to create a draft or publish the article? I think that would be a great addition.
