Thanks for a great plugin.

However, how do you add nofollow on outgoing links?

And perhaps URL masking would be nice aswell.

I downloaded the plugin but i have a problem with the author name when I add a campaighn. it says “wrong author name” every time i submit it. what do i need to write as author name?
